We are seeking an engaging and experienced RAMP Certified server to provide attentive and friendly service at our high-end events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and catering to our distinguished clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Proven experience in a high-end serving or catering role, with a strong understanding of formal dining etiquette and service standards.
  • Certification: Must possess a valid RAMP Certification. This certification is non-negotiable and demonstrates your expertise in the responsible service of alcohol.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to interact professionally with clients and a diverse range of guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Provide attentive service throughout the event, anticipating guest needs and responding to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Beverage & Food Service: Serve and clear food and beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails, with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized service area and ensure efficient flow of service.
  • Event Preparation & Breakdown: Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of event spaces. This includes arranging tables, chairs, and place settings according to event specifications, as well as cleaning, busing tables, and restocking supplies at the conclusion of the event.
  • RAMP Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) guidelines. This includes checking IDs, identifying signs of intoxication, and ensuring the responsible service of alcohol to all guests. Your commitment to safety and legal compliance is paramount.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the event coordinator, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure a seamless and successful event from start to finish.
