The in-seat server takes orders from premium seating patrons, transmits orders to kitchen and ensures customer satisfaction with orders once delivered by the in-seat runner. Basic office responsibilities Greet customers upon arrival to seats. Deliver and re-supply menus to seats. Take orders and transmit to kitchen. Insure customers who order alcohol are legally able to do so. May assist runners in delivering backorders of food and beverages. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time. Qualifications Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Age 18 or older Basic knowledge of beer and wine Basic math skills and the ability to handle money. Must be able to operate key entry computer screen. Other Requirements: Must have the ability to stand and climb concrete steps for up to 8 hours in length. Quick sell-placed mobility is needed to avoid moving obstacles. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays. Work Environment The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains. Uniform Requirements Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue. Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25 lbs. Position Salary & Benefits: This is considered a part-time hourly position. Scheduled will fluctuate based on business needs. Free meal while working. This is mainly a concessions bar position.
