JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Experience with POS systems for order processing is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.

  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are sanitized and prepared according to health regulations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and other surfaces as required.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure efficient service.
