POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Provide service to our residents during their dining experience.
• Attending pre-shift and general meetings to update knowledge of special diets and to discuss service and product matters.
• Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenish throughout meal.
• Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
• Performing closing duties such as sweeping and spot moping the dining rooms.
• Assisting with washing dishes and general cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.

• Must pass a background investigation with fingerprint
• Passion to engage in serving and lead conversation with our residents.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Available to work shifts, over weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficient time-management skills.
  Background check required.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

• Memory Care: 1 year (Preferred)
