From beer-battered fish and chips to handcrafted burgers, we take pride in great food, great drinks, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused servers to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Server at Cozy Nook, you will be the face of our guest experience. You’ll provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service while ensuring guests feel valued and enjoy their time with us.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate.
• Serving It Right certification (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork-focused mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredients, and recommendations.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and reset efficiently.
• Process payments through our Clover POS system.
• Support teammates with side duties, closing tasks, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Uphold Cozy Nook’s service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
