Country Club of Spartanburg Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available Reports To: Dining Room Manager The Country Club of Spartanburg is seeking energetic and hospitality-focused servers to join our Cupola team. Cupola is our fast casual dining venue offering both indoor and outdoor dining in a relaxed, family-friendly setting adjacent to the pool and activity areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and creating memorable experiences for families looking to unwind after golf, tennis, swimming, and other club activities. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions * Weekend and evening availability preferred ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner * Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently * Deliver food and beverages promptly * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas * Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and side work duties * Maintain attentive service throughout the dining experience * Answer questions regarding menu items and daily specials * Process member charges and payments accurately * Maintain a clean and welcoming indoor and outdoor dining environment * Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards * Communicate member feedback or concerns to management promptly * Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure excellent member experiences WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Friendly and outgoing personality * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to multitask in a busy setting * A passion for hospitality and member service * Team players who thrive in a family-oriented environment * Individuals who enjoy working around poolside and outdoor activity areas LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS * Food safety certification preferred * Alcohol service certification preferred * Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Ability to lift and carry trays or items up to 50 pounds * Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion * Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service in a fun, family-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.
