Principle Purpose of Job Restaurant server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers. Answer questions related to menu items and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders from customers. Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff. Lift and carry trays of food, drinks, dishes and glassware. May prepare itemized checks and take payment. Ensure that customers have a satisfying dining experience. Clear and clean tables. Work as part of a team, helping coworkers to improve. Direct customers to coatrooms and restrooms and help with other requests. Break down table settings, removes tablecloths and linens, and other items. Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures. Adhere to all company and regulatory policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant role preferred. Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous work experiences. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift/carry moderate weights (20-30 lbs). Compensation Description: $12.16 - $18.00/hr + Tips Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. Benefits and Perks: 152 hours of Paid Time Off if FT, Year-Round employment status.
