Description Victorian Village, a Skilled Nursing Community, located in Homer Glen, IL is seeking Dining Room Server (Dietary Aide), Part Time! Victorian Village is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve! Flexible hours, great position for students! Summary of job functions: Serve meals that are attractive in appearance; and using established portion control procedures. Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties; clean equipment, sweep floors, clear and carry soiled dishware to wash areas, return clean dishware to proper storage areas , wash and clean dishware or pots & pans as needed, assist cook in preparing meals when needed, and deliver food trays to designated areas. Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet. Requirements Must pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and successfully complete a reference check. EOE

The Server/Dietary Aide is responsible for serving meals attractively while adhering to portion control procedures. Duties also include assisting with daily cleaning tasks, washing dishware, and delivering food trays to designated areas.
