Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets. Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is seeking for Server/Dietary Aide to provide a high-quality service to residents at all times. Responsibilities: Ensures beverage orders are delivered. Takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner in accordance with company standards. Ensures resident guest satisfaction. Responds quickly to resident or guest requests. Reports any resident comments or concerns to Dining Services Manager immediately. Assists in bussing and resetting tables. Assists in room services as needed. Completes all side work as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a Dining Room setting. Must enjoy working with the Senior population.

Responsibilities

The Server/Dietary Aide is responsible for ensuring beverage orders are delivered, taking food orders, presenting them to kitchen staff, and delivering meals to residents and guests promptly and correctly. They must also ensure resident guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.
