QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system, preferably using Micros POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are met.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
• Upsell menu items to increase overall sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to food safety regulations.
