Description Job Title: Server Department: Food & Beverage / Lounge / Bar Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Based on Business Needs) Position Summary: Polished, professional, and service-driven Hotel Restaurant Server will deliver high-quality service to guests dining in the hotel's restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in guest service etiquette, comfortable in a hotel setting, and able to represent the brand's standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat hotel guests and walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism. Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery. Ensure guests receive prompt attention and courteous service throughout their dining experience. Respond to guest requests, dietary needs, and complaints with efficiency and grace. Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas. Assist with room service and banquet support as needed. Handle guest payments, provide accurate bills, and follow proper cash and credit procedures. Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s amenities, services, and surrounding area to assist with guest inquiries. ________________________________________ Qualifications: Previous experience as a server in a hotel or upscale dining environment preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant procedures. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Reach, bend, stoop, and move continuously during shift. Compensation Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
