We are seeking experienced, guest-focused Servers to join our team and help deliver a world-class dining experience. About the Role As a Server, you will guide guests through their dining experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless service, accurate order execution, and memorable hospitality. You’ll work closely with the FOH and BOH teams to maintain service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You’ll Do Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly and confidently Take orders accurately and enter them efficiently into the POS Anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout their visit Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, and wine Communicate specials, features, and allergy considerations Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper table maintenance Uphold sanitation, cleanliness, and Department of Health standards Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned Maintain a clean and organized section and dining room Support teammates, managers, and chefs to ensure smooth operations Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally Complete end-of-shift cash handling and financial procedures Attend pre-service meetings, trainings, and staff development sessions What We’re Looking For Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightlife setting Strong menu knowledge or passion to learn rapidly Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm, composed, and guest-focused during peak service Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor Familiarity with POS systems and cash/card payment procedures Integrity, polish, and accountability Physical & Scheduling Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Exposure to hot kitchen equipment and cleaning products Repetitive motions associated with food and beverage service Flexible availability — including evenings, weekends, and holidays Certificates & Compliance Current Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain) Alcohol awareness certification per Arizona state laws Why Join Élephante Competitive hourly rate + strong tip potential Employee dining discounts Growth and advancement opportunities Work in a premium hospitality environment with a supportive team culture If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a vibrant, high-energy restaurant environment, we want to meet you.
