JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong customer service skills.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
