We are seeking a talented and experienced Server Engineer to join our team. As a Server Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. You will work closely with other members of the IT/ICS team to support our business operations and drive continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years of experience in server administration or engineering role
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows server operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Open to supporting retail operations

• Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications on servers
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization
• Implement security measures to protect servers and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
• Document server configurations, licences, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in server technology and relevant stack
