JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is a plus.
  • Strong culinary knowledge, including safety standards.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
  • Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
