JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong culinary knowledge, including safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
