Description The bar is open! EVEN Hotel has the position for you! We are looking for a part-time Server to work 4:00pm - 10:00pm. We offer a flexible schedule, but weekends are necessary. Great job for students or any one looking to make a little extra money! Responsibilities will include: To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking liquor, paper products, condiments and produce based on daily projections. Maintain stock. Cut and store all fresh fruit/vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily. Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks. Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Input all orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest. Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and insure vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys. Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
