The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S The Server is responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service. This role creates a welcoming environment for guests, ensures accuracy in orders and transactions, and contributes to overall guest satisfaction and revenue growth through attentive service and suggestive selling. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly Process payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Support team members and assist with side work and opening/closing duties Requirements Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling skills Experience with POS systems preferred Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
