What You Will Do Job Description Describe and present menu items to guests in an engaging, knowledgeable manner. Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with the kitchen for special requests. Ensure timely delivery of all orders. Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas. Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service. Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols. Assist with service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining. What You Bring Requires a working knowledge of division operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other Food & Beverage systems. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. More than 1 year experience.
