We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently managing transactions. SKILLS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment such as a grocery store.
  • Proficient in cashiering with a solid understanding of cash handling practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math calculations.
  • Experience in merchandising and stocking procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a broader range of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting retail math calculations for inventory accuracy.
