The position is located on the beautiful campus of Pine Rest Mental Health Services. Job Description Position Summary You will be responsible for setting up of the service area and trays for meal services, adhering to food safety guidelines, and following dietary restrictions based on Patients' needs. Assists the Lead Server in the preparation and service of meals, meeting scheduled meal times, and following established policies and procedures within the dietary department to ensure patients receive the highest quality of service. Essential Job Functions Responsible for assisting supervisor with food service using specific procedures, following guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for delivering residents’ meal carts, and stocking patient units. Knowledgeable of Federal, State, and Community rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
