Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the resident experience. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor tables for resident satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and dish pit. Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge of menu items. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave (in accordance with Colorados Healthy Families and Workplace Act) This posting will remain open until the position is filled. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Previous fine dining experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry. Experience in serving, bussing, or host/host roles within the restaurant environment is beneficial.
