We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Gabbys Bar & Grill in East Beaches. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests’ dining experience by providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the VOLANTE POS systems.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy shifts.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
