SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide excellent customer service to customers Get to know what the customers likes and dislikes and suggest similar items in the menu. Upsell menu items to customers (This includes but is not limited to; alcoholic beverages, specials, & dinner items). Communicate clearly with coworkers to make sure that customers get what they need. Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant (This includes but is not limited to; cleaning tables, menus, and check presenters). Making sure that all side work is done correctly and completed before, during, and after shifts. Keep necessary items in FOH ready to use (This includes but is not limited to; wrapped silverware, condiments, and bread loaves).
