Server Job Summary: The Washington Crossing Innaims to provide an elegant and exceptional dining experience enhanced by attentive, sophisticated décor, and a contemporary approach to cuisine. We are seeking a Server. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends/holidays. Responsibilities: •Responsible for orchestrating the food and beverage service for a station of tables and being the face of the establishment. •Ability to develop rapport with guests, and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service. •Must possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general. •Ability to execute the restaurant’s vision and philosophy. •Ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant’s policies and standards.
