Goode Company Server JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team of professional servers. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere * Bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table * Help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back * Accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence * Provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met * Pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times * Refill beverages as necessary * Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking * Maintain communication with other staff and management * Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation * Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication QUALIFICATIONS * TABC Certified * Food Handler Certified * Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills * Punctual and reliable attendance * 1 plus years in a high-volume establishment * Must be 18 years of age * Well-groomed and professionally dressed * An appreciation for detail, and a passion for guest service * Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position WHERE WE MEET: You love what you do, and we love working with people like you.
