JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment at Bizarre Gastro Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be also picking up tables at times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Clover POS systems is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
  • Experience in restaurant/pub settings is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktails, and menu items to enhance guest experience.
