We have a spot on our summer team full time, however hours will be reduced in fall.
Hawk Tail Brewery is excited to add to our dynamic taproom team. We are a growing brewery located in Rimbey Alberta surrounded by beautiful Alberta prairies. We love all things craft beer and strive to convey that through the experiences and products we offer. We are searching for a strong experienced Taproom Server.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Provide excellent customer service while serving patrons of our bright open taproom or on our cozy patio.
• Knowledgeably pour beer, mix Hawk Tail Cocktails, and brew local coffees.
• Prepare the Hawk Tail menu with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stock off-sales and rotate and manage kegs of beer…you can skip the gym if it’s a busy day.
• Servers manage their own float
• Add to the Hawk Tail team chemistry by communicating professionally/respectfully with all Hawk Tail stakeholders.
• Be an Ambassador of the Hawk Tail Brand in all interactions.
• Previous Serving experience, as well as craft beer knowledge, would be an asset.
• A great attitude, strong communication skills, honest and reliable.
• Must be 18yrs of age and have Pro Serve
