Key Responsibilities: - Prepare all dressings and cold sauces to ensure freshness and quality. - Monitor the service area continuously to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction. - Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, and related offerings. - Serve all food and beverages utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnishes, and condiments. - Assist servers and housepersons as needed to ensure smooth service operations. - Relay all guest complaints and compliments promptly to management for resolution. - Maintain health and sanitation standards in accordance with safety regulations. - Adhere to safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages. - Assist in setting tables with linen, silverware, and glassware, maintaining a high standard of presentation. - Support in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions to ensure cleanliness and readiness for future use.
