About the role: The In- Room Dining Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. What you will do: Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards Greet guests by name, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals What you bring: An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset Insert additional qualifications as required 1-2 years of experience in related field Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality and have an eye to details.
