JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Serving clients and giving them the high end service
• Reading the room and keeping the vibe right
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Handling POS and processing payments smoothly while staying present with guests
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen for service flow

DUTIES

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
• Uphold excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
