We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for while enjoying their meals.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a passion for providing outstanding service are essential traits for success in this role.

• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Handle payments accurately, including basic maths for processing bills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
