SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Lakeside Bala Limited in Muskoka. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. As we prepare to expand our dinner menu, your contributions will be essential to our mission of quality and hospitality.

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications * Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
