Responsibilities

The Server is responsible for interacting with guests while they dine, demonstrating basic knowledge of food and beverage recipes, and adhering to restaurant service standards. This includes understanding and properly executing state and federal liquor laws, ID validation, and alcohol awareness procedures to prevent guest intoxication.
