We bring the best of breakfast and lunch with global ingredients and flavors that make up favorite classics and modern fare. We are looking for a Restaurant Server with fine dining experience. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests’ experiences. Servers responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude with the ability to recommend and upsell. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract guests. Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to guests upon entrance Present restaurant menus and assist guests select food/beverages Take and serve accurate orders Answer questions/ make recommendations for complementary products Smile Memorizing all menu items and ingredients Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive and professional attitude Issue accurate bills and accept payment Making sure all guests leave with a personal experience Skills Proven restaurant serving or serving experience Have sense of urgency Knowledge in Toast POS Smile Multitasking is a must Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and guest-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy Attains daily sales goals
