JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage time effectively while providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied during their dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
