As a Server, your responsibilities will be:
· Setting up rooms as requested by the client
· Providing excellent service in accordance with our standards, depending on the nature of the catering such as seated dinners, buffets, or canapés
· Ensuring the service area is appropriately laid out with the required equipment for the event
· Clearing rooms and bars after events
· Resetting rooms according to the booking request
