Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Server to join our team at Region Food, Wine + Bar, a region-focused food, wine, and bar establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, knowledgeable about local and regional cuisine and wines, and eager to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

MENU KNOWLEDGE:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, regional ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide guests with detailed information about menu items, including wine pairings and chef’s recommendations.
• Stay informed about any changes to the menu or wine list.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of regional cuisine and wines is highly desirable.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
