Description Marufuku Ramen is coming to Downtown Summerlin! We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new location, bringing our signature Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, handcrafted broths, and authentic Japanese flavors to the heart of Summerlin. Our grand opening is set for February 4, and we’ll begin team training on January 21 as we prepare to deliver the exceptional food and hospitality Marufuku Ramen is known for. Join us as we open our doors and welcome the community to our newest location. The Server is responsible for introducing themselves to each customer, taking customer orders, explaining the menu, suggestive selling (up-selling) and helping all new and repeat customers to complete their meal by promoting our key menu products, repeating the orders to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes, bringing food and beverages to dine-in customers seated at a restaurant. Their duties include writing down each customer’s order, submitting it to the kitchen and bringing out the correct dishes and beverages to each diner. Responsibilities: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order. Attend and greet customers upon entrance. Present and explain restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages. Take and serve orders. Suggest additional items to complete their meal. Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products. Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accepting payments. Requirements Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience. Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy High school diploma is a plus but not required. Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law.
Responsibilities
The Server is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. They must ensure order accuracy and promote key menu items to enhance the dining experience.
