Goode Company Server JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team of professional servers. We’re all about genuine Texas hospitality, and our guests expect nothing less than the best—so we’re looking for team members who bring energy, pride, and a positive attitude to every shift. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere * Bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table * Help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back * Accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence * Provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met * Pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times * Refill beverages as necessary * Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking * Maintain communication with other staff and management * Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation * Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication QUALIFICATIONS * TABC Certified * Food Handler Certified * Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills * Punctual and reliable attendance * 1 plus years in a high-volume establishment * Must be 18 years of age * Well-groomed and professionally dressed * An appreciation for detail, and a passion for guest service * Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position BENEFITS * Medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year (part-time) * Access to wellness resources and support services * Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours. * Food Discounts * Weekly Payroll * Base Pay Rate + Tips Goode Company Restaurants is an equal opportunity employer, so if you've got the qualifications, desire to work hard, and help our business grow - we want you!
