Description A Server at Meiers Creek Brewing Company is responsible for providing the best customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, while ensuring that customers are enjoying a pleasant and fun dining experience. This position and all others at Meiers Creek require teamwork and the best efforts put forward daily. Requirements Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities: · Greeting and welcoming guest · Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly · Serving food and beverages to guest · Checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying the MCBC experience · Providing excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs in a timely manner · Upselling products when appropriate · Processing customers payments accurately and efficiently · Keeping up on side work, clearing tables and general cleaning task for the facility Qualifications · Custom services · Excellent presentation skills · Previous experience as a server, bartender, waitstaff or relevant role · Flexibility to work shifts · Teamwork · Ability to handle stress · Active listening · Attentiveness and patience for customers Physical Requirement Constant · Standing and walking, · Stooping, bending and crouching. · Reaching at or below shoulder level · Gross and fine manipulation using both hands Frequent · Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. · Reaching above shoulder level · Keyboarding and use of computer hardware Occasionally · Lifting, pushing or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance.
