Now hiring a seasoned server to join our dinner team at Mint in Slingerlands. We are a farm-to-table scratch kitchen with a focus on clean, organic food — offering both vegan and gluten-free options as well as grass-fed meats, local eggs, and organic cheeses. Our wine and cocktail program highlights sustainable producers and thoughtful pairings.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of fine dining experience, is confident with wine service, and brings a strong sense of hospitality and teamwork. This is a full-time position for evening service, Tuesday through Saturday. Weekends Holidays a must.
Availability for at least four shifts per week is required.
This is not just about carrying plates. You’ll be expected to memorize our menu and beverage offerings, communicate clearly with guests, and guide them through their meal to help create a memorable dining experience. We’re looking for someone who is as much a teacher and performer as a server — someone clean, organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely team-oriented.
