We are seeking a friendly and motivated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; willingness to learn about sanitation standards is essential.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding to requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
