Position Overview: As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience. From introducing our concept to new guests to taking their order and giving recommendations when needed, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume dining environment. Greet guests promptly, introduce the restaurant’s concept, and manage tables to ensure smooth guest flow. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to answer questions and make quick, confident recommendations. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders while maintaining speed and attention to detail. Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct orders, proper presentation, and guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and multitask effectively to handle multiple tables at once. Communicate clearly and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during busy shifts. Process payments quickly and accurately while following cash-handling procedures. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a server role. Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices. Experience working with Toast POS system preferred. Basic liquor/wine knowledge. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
