OVERVIEW

We are looking for outgoing and reliable Servers to join our team for monthly events at OBE Studios. These events feature comedy, music, and community gatherings where food and drinks are part of the experience. As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, making sure our guests feel taken care of, and ensuring food and beverage service runs smoothly throughout the night. This is a fast-paced, social environment that requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly personality.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy event environment.
  • Comfortable carrying trays and being on your feet for several hours.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas before and after events.
  • Keep tables and serving areas clean, organized, and ready for new guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event and communicate any issues promptly.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to keep service flowing.
  • Assist with checkouts, payments, and balancing tabs when needed.
