Job Details Job Location: ATLANTA, GA 30327 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they are seated to when they leave. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide prompt and courteous service. Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts. Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing side duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
