We are looking for a hands-on Server Operations & Network Engineer with strong Windows and Linux expertise to manage critical infrastructure, ensure uptime, and provide top-notch support to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in server operations and network administration.
• Strong expertise in Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
• Proven experience with firewall configuration, VPN setup, and VLAN management.
• Solid understanding of virtualization and routing protocols.
• Familiarity with command-line operations and Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, VCP) are an advantage.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Proxmox).
• Configure and secure firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Mikrotik) and implement Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and LDAP integrations.
• Perform Linux system administration including package management, cron jobs, file permissions, and service management.
• Implement and manage server backups (VEEAM, QNAP) and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor infrastructure using PRTG, Zabbix, ManageEngine OpManager or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and connectivity issues (both Windows and Linux).
• Maintain and optimize internal and client networks for stability and security.
• Support hosting environments for PHP Laravel web applications on both Windows IIS and Linux Apache/Nginx setups.
• Ensure security best practices, patch management, and endpoint protection across all systems.
