We are seeking an experienced Server or Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in hospitality, exceptional customer service, and a valid Smart Serve certificate. In this role, you will create memorable guest experiences through excellent service, quality beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Smart Serve certificate – mandatory.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Proven experience as a Server or Bartender in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Greet and engage guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver them promptly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards (for Bartenders).
• Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction (for Servers).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor and restock beverages, food, and supplies as required.
• Comply with all liquor laws, food handling, and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently during busy periods to ensure fast, friendly, and professional service.
