• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
