QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a high volume bar
General understanding of spirits and cocktails. Extensive knowledge an asset
Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate good judgement and problem solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Experience:

Actively take orders and provide personal recommendations to guests in an professional but friendly manner
Possess thorough knowledge of food and drink menu
Manage reservations, waitlist, and walk-ins in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining table service.
Ability to anticipate guests needs and proactively work to fulfill them
Accurate preparation of Paper Lantern cocktails.
Successful completion of opening, closing, and side duties
Bar prep duties
