We are currently hiring part- and full-time wait staff to join our hospitality team. We’re looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting our fine dining and catering operations. Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Full-time employees receive a break between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM) Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and courteous dining service to residents and guests Take and deliver food and beverage orders using POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with table setup and clearing Support special events and catering services as needed Deliver a warm, respectful, and engaging dining experience Requirements Must meet Virginia minimum age requirements for employment (16+). One (1) year of serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate. Food Handlers' Card required (training provided if needed). Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of older adults within a supportive CCRC community. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
